About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team at Jungle Outsourcing. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for our clients across Europe, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering top candidates fast.
This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with clients, understand their hiring needs, and match them with the right talent from our 6K+ pool.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across key markets
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to align on requirements and timelines
- Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health
Qualifications
- → 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or outsourcing environment
- → Proven track record of filling roles within tight timelines
- → Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- → Comfortable working with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- → Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple open roles at once
